(Classes resume on Wednesday, March 31st)

Stage Rehearsal: Tuesday, June 1st and/or Wednesday, June 2nd

KSD Policies
PAYMENT POLICY
KSD Accepts Cash, Check, PayPal or Venmo Payments
CHECKS ARE MADE PAYABLE TO:
KRISTINE’S SCHOOL OF DANCE, LLC or KSD, LLC
Payments for monthly fees will be accepted in a payment box provided at the studio. Checks are preferred; however, if a cash payment is made please place the cash in an envelope with the student’s name, the amount of the payment enclosed, and what the payment is for (i.e. September fees). Your receipt and change, if needed, will be given to the student the following week! If you have any questions, please see one of your teachers!
PAY PAL will be accepted again this year. Please send payment to dance@ksddance.com.
PLEASE REFER TO YOUR FEE SCHEDULE FOR PAYMENTS WHEN PAYING VIA PAYPAL. Charges do apply when utilizing PayPal.
Venmo payments are regarded as cash or check payments at this time when looking at the fee schedule. No additional charges apply.
PLEASE NOTE: When making a payment on PayPal or Venmo, if the student's last name differs from that of the person making the payment, please be sure to add the students name in the Memo section of the payment so it is credited to the proper account.
WEATHER POLICY
KSD will follow Penncrest School District when making decisions about closing due to weather. If Penncrest has cancelled after school activities, KSD is closed. We will post the closure on Facebook and Instagram and will also change the message on the studio phone. You can always text, call or email the studio for confirmation.
Once classes have begun for the night, it would be rare to cancel later classes. If that should occur, a text would be sent to the individuals that would be effected.
KSD builds 2 snow days into your fees. If your class is cancelled more than TWICE, either a make up class will be scheduled or you will receive a credit on your account for the amount of those classes missed.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Once the season begins, if your student decides to withdrawal from one of their classes we must receive WRITTEN NOTIFICATION.

Verbal withdrawals WILL NOT be accepted.
With a large number of students, classes frequently close with waiting lists. In the past, students have chosen not to return to class; however because they did not inform us, other students were unable to begin the class until we were made aware of this withdrawal. Your account will continue to be charged for a withdrawn class until we receive this email/text. As always, please reach out to us with any questions regarding our withdrawal policy.
